Lester W. Hardwick is an educator and trainer who has a long time interest in how brains and organisations learn. In 1972 he set up a model and method to develop a system of tools through which individuals and organisations can generate new ideas. Thus they can create the Intellectual Capital necessary to improve their level of business success.
He retired in 2002 with a Commonwealth Government “Australia Day Award” for his contribution to the community through education and a Queensland State “Australia Day Award” in the form of the Education Queensland medal.
Since then the rapidly changing world of the internet, energy supply, food security, the political and economic balance and climate change has prompted him to develop this system of tools into a product specifically designed for success in this new environment. This product is the Brain.tools Think Tank
